With 5 years of experience, I specialize in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports massage. I customize each massage to your individual needs, with a very caring, professional presence.I hold over 500 hours of training and have an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Massage and Natural Health. I have helped clients relieve pain from injuries, stress, car accidents, body discomfort, along with helping them maintain good bodily and mental health. I offer a light, yet firm therapeutic touch for those who would like to avoid a deep pressure treatment, but I am also not afraid to go deep if that's what you need!
